Shipping & Delivery Policy
How and when ProofChain services are delivered
1. All Services Are Delivered Digitally
ProofChain Private Limited operates exclusively as a digital service. We do not ship physical goods. Every purchase you make on any ProofChain product (ProofScript, ProofBooks, ProofSound, ProofLegal, ProofTrain, ProofSchool) is fulfilled electronically within your ProofChain account immediately after successful payment confirmation by Razorpay.
No address, courier, or physical delivery is required. All outputs are made available inside your signed-in account, by email, or via downloadable PDF/file as applicable to the specific service.
2. Delivery Timeline per Service
- Timestamp Protection (ProofScript, ProofBooks, ProofSound, ProofLegal, ProofTrain course IP): delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. SHA-256 hash anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps and to a certified RFC 3161 TSA. Bitcoin network confirmation typically completes within 1-24 hours; the certificate remains valid and visible in your account from the moment of issuance.
- AI Analysis (Free Snapshot / Professional / Premium / Adaptation): typically completed within 10 minutes to 24 hours depending on tier, content length, and third-party AI provider availability. You receive an in-app notification and an email when your analysis is ready.
- ProofTrain Design / Analysis: typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes of credit redemption.
- AI Chat / Scene Doctor messages: delivered in real time inside the chat interface.
- Credit Packs & Recurring Subscriptions: activated immediately upon successful Razorpay payment. Credits appear in your account balance and subscription benefits unlock the same moment.
- ProofSchool (annual school subscription): access provisioned within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Onboarding email with admin credentials sent within the same window.
- Competition Entries: entry confirmed and visible in the competition page immediately on payment.
- Tax invoices: GST invoices are emailed to your registered address within 24 hours of payment.
3. If Delivery Fails
If you have paid but do not see your service activated within the expected timeline above, please:
- Refresh the relevant page (timestamp certificates, analysis list, credits balance, subscription status) — most issues are display-cache only.
- Check the email inbox associated with your account.
- If still not visible, email support@proofchain.in with your Razorpay order ID and a brief description.
We acknowledge delivery-related support requests within 2 business days and resolve confirmed delivery failures within 7 business days, either by re-issuing the service at no extra cost or by issuing a full refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Service Availability and Outages
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows are communicated in advance when possible. Blockchain confirmation times depend on the Bitcoin network and are outside our control. Third-party AI processing times depend on Anthropic and OpenAI availability.
A delay caused by a third-party outage is not a delivery failure provided the service is delivered to your account once the outage resolves. We will however issue a refund if a generation cannot be retried within 24 hours, per Section 3 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
